Report of first meeting of the International Prisoners' Committee after the liberation of the camp. This document is undated, but since it says that the report will be announced in all the main languages during the course of the morning, It seems that it was very likely published early in the day on 30 April, the day after liberation. Please note: item #11 states that former SS prisoners in the camp were to be registered by the camp office and later handed over to the Americans as prisoners-of-war. So far, I have been unable to locate any documents of SS registration and/or transfer.
